Please read carefully before purchasing sealed products or spots in group breaks.
By completing a purchase in Checkout, you confirm that you understand and agree to the basic procedures and rules of sports-card group breaks and opening sealed card products.
Returns or refunds are not available for breaks. Once a pack, box, or case has been opened, we can't undo that. Refunds are not provided for breaks, except if a break is cancelled. Spots purchased for breaks cancelled due to distributor or manufacturer allocation or other product unavailability will be refunded in full. In the event that a break is delayed due to manufacturer release, product delivery, or technical issues, the break will be rescheduled as soon as possible. Refunds are not offered if a break is postponed or rescheduled to a date less than 30 days from the originally scheduled date.
We always ship with care via USPS and are not responsible for loss or damage caused by the carrier during transit. Shipping upgrades are available in the Add-Ons section; however, we offer no warranty on USPS insurance as claims are decided solely at their discretion.
Cards are not always going to be Gem Mint or even Mint when they are pulled from packs. We make no guarantee and offer no warranty regarding the content or condition of the cards pulled from sealed packs, boxes, or cases; we have no control over that. We only guarantee that no member of Cardboard Treasures has tampered with, searched, weighed, or otherwise inspected the packages for content clues.
Purchasers of spots in group breaks are not entitled to receive packs, boxes, or cases but will receive any cards pulled for their purchased spots. If a spot receives no cards, a random card from no particular year, set, or team will be shipped.
All randomizations will be conducted using random.org, unless a simple randomization can be done using up to two dice during the live broadcast. Results of randomizations are final unless technical or human error occurs. To view round-by-round results from Random.org, click the Random Results link on the side menu.
Packages are mailed via USPS First Class Mail in bubble mailers with above-standard protection. Shipping upgrades such as Priority Mail and insurance are available in the Add Ons section. Cardboard Treasures is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.
All participants must comply with Cardboard Treasures' conduct policy during the live break and may not interfere with the safe, enjoyable experience for other viewers and participants of all ages. Violation of this policy may result in banning from the live chat, social media pages, and streaming channels, and disqualification from joining future breaks.
Break Bucks Rebates are sent on a weekly basis when your balance reaches $10.00. Rebate codes are sent via email and can be used for break spots. Due to website restrictions, the code must be used in full during a single transaction, is not stackable with other $ Off discounts, cannot be combined, and is valid for 30 days. Rebates are for the purchase of group break spots only and are applied to actual transaction amounts; for example, if you apply discounts to a $70 spot and pay $50 during Checkout, you will receive a rebate on the $50. Rebates are applied only to the purchase price of group break spots, not to shipping upgrades, sales tax, etc.
